Specific Skills Specific Job Skills:
Able to speak and write English completely fluently. Must
fully understand the principles of selling to include
preparation of selling materials and the completion of
quotations and Tenders.
Ability to undertake presentations and negotiations of the
Company s products at the highest level.
Extensive experience in the Security Industry,
specifically in the area of access control and/or Video
Management Systems is essential.
Computer Skills:
Must have a knowledge of computer systems, operating
systems (especially Microsoft) and networking. Must be
adept in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Internet and email.
Literacy and Numeracy:
Able to understand basic business finance, e.g. gross
margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital
and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc. Must
be a competent writer of business letters, quotations and
proposals.
Management Ability:
People management skills and experience are essential.

Job Description Our client, the world's leading security
service provider is looking for an energetic and
experienced sales manager for its new operation in the
Middle East providing Electronic Security Systems to its
clientele.
Job Purpose:
To manage and further develop sales and
technical/administrative support services within key
geographical regions of the Middle East.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Develop targeted growth in sales of the company s
products.
Provide all areas of ongoing sales and technical training
& support to specified distributors. To include assistance
with Tender & Proposal Production and End User
Presentations and Seminars.
Promote the Company s products within related 3rd Party
Vertical markets, to include IT Provider Companies,
Architects, Security Managers and Contractors.
Manage and motivate technical and administrative support
staff in the company and ensure relevant HR procedures are
followed.
Monitor and report on activities and provide specified
management information.
Carry out market research and develop knowledge and
information about competitor activity and communicate this
to the Managing Director.
Keep fully up to date at all times with the company s
products and product development plans.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions
necessary to perform duties and aid business and
organisational development.
Continuously develop relevant personal skills and
capability.
Manage costs and overheads and all factors affecting the
profitable performance of the office.
